News Stonebridge Acquires MTM Corporation Combined Expertise in Microsoft Technologies Positions Company as a Leading Microsoft Solution Provider in Central Southwest U.S. TULSA, Okla., November 13, 2006 – Stonebridge, a leading regional IT consulting and solution provider, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MTM Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Certified systems implementation and workforce-solutions company based in Tulsa, Okla. In the agreement, all 20 MTM employees will transition to Stonebridge, including MTM president and founder Doug Benshoof. Stonebridge also acquires MTM’s customer contracts. Specific financial details of the agreement were not disclosed, however.
