TULSA, Okla., November 22, 2011 – Stonebridge, an award-winning information technology consulting firm, today announced that it continued to enjoy strong business growth through the third quarter, consistent with its overall performance to date this year.

Stonebridge’s total revenue for the first three quarters of 2011 increased by 38 percent compared to the same period last year, the result of new customer acquisition and contract extensions with existing clients. During the same period, the company also increased its overall average headcount by 32 percent.

Stonebridge Senior Vice President Matthew Childress said, “Our continued success is derived from one core factor: consistency. Whether it is in client relations, solution development, solution delivery, or sales and marketing, as a company we are consistently operating at a high level and pushing ourselves to increase the value we bring to our clients’ business.”

In the third quarter alone, revenues generated by the company’s Business Service Management (BSM) consulting group increased by 121 percent over the previous quarter, continuing the unit’s growth trend. The BSM group provides world-class consulting and technology implementation services incorporating the interdisciplinary fields of IT Business Management, IT Service Management and industry standards and methodologies such as ITIL, ISO/IEC, COBIT and CMMI.

Also in Q3, Stonebridge earned the Microsoft Gold Competency in Software Development. With this achievement, Stonebridge now holds four Microsoft Gold Competencies in the defined solution areas of Business Intelligence, Content Management, Portals and Collaboration, and Software Development. The company also owns three Microsoft Silver Competencies in Data Platform, Search and Web Development.

Stonebridge won significant new business contracts and project extensions in all of its practice areas during the third quarter. Key Q3 contract wins and client projects include:

A natural gas producer engaged Stonebridge to create an information delivery framework for the company’s oilfield services subsidiary. The framework identifies key performance indicators that will be used to drive and monitor the business strategies and objectives of the organization. It also will guide the development of an enterprise data warehouse that will consolidate data from multiple disparate systems. The client selected Stonebridge based on its experience in the energy sector and in its expertise in creating information frameworks that enable business intelligence solutions to deliver the appropriate insight to organizational performance.

A Fortune 500 natural gas company selected Stonebridge to develop a "spatial dashboard" proof of concept (POC) for improving data visualization and access. The POC streamlines field-level business processes involved in the company’s natural gas gathering and processing operations. The project involves four core components: Microsoft's Bing Maps and SharePoint 2010 for data management, IDV Solution’s Visual Fusion for geospatial visualization and Adapx Capturx for digital pen technology. When complete, the POC will validate the integration between these technical components, as well as generate feedback from users as to the long-term viability and business value of these technologies. To date, the POC is getting rave reviews from business and field personnel.

Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC Software, was engaged at one of the nation’s largest diversified health care benefits companies to develop configuration management processes and policies based on ITIL v3 and ISO/IEC 20000 standards. The client’s goal was to establish linkages between the IT department’s change management processes, built on BMC’s IT Service Management (ITSM) Remedy Suite’s Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and vital business functions and tools. Facilitating a series of interactive workshops and one-to-one sessions with key client-side stakeholders, Stonebridge developed a configuration management policy and process encompassing planning, identification, control, status accounting and reporting, and verification/validation. Also delivered in the project were definitions of IT roles and responsibilities, a RACI matrix chart, identification and documentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and a training plan.

A Fortune 500 power company selected Stonebridge to manage the database environments involved in a major data center migration and optimization project. The client is embarking on a large-scale migration of all of its IT systems to new data centers and disaster recovery sites. In addition to providing database migration services, Stonebridge will upgrade the client’s Oracle databases currently on Sun (approximately 15 databases) to IBM servers, getting all Oracle databases standardized on IBM servers. Included in the project are upgrades to more than 90 SQL Server and Oracle databases as well as database cleanup and decommissioning of more than 30 unused databases. Stonebridge had previously provided similar services to the client in an earlier data center migration initiative.

A leading independent exploration and production company engaged Stonebridge to add new functionality to the client’s SharePoint 2010-based well data management system. Stonebridge will develop a number of key enhancements to the well data management system, which is integrated with the client’s risk management system. Central to the new functionality is an expanded search and reporting capability needed to monitor and manage well shut-ins, completions and workovers. The client cited Stonebridge’s extensive knowledge and expertise in the oil and gas industry and project experience with SharePoint customizations as key to the success of the project.

Stonebridge, in collaboration with BMC Software, successfully architected and implemented a proof of concept (POC) involving key modules of BMC’s IT Business Management (ITBM) suite for one of Canada’s largest financial services institutions. The objective of the POC was to prove that BMC’s ITBM Demand Management and IT Service Cost Management modules would provide financial transparency of specific IT capabilities and for IT project alignment. Ultimately, the POC demonstrated that the BMC solution’s drill-down dashboard-based metrics would provide accurate financial insight into costs of projects and capabilities, assist in project and exception management, and produce a true “bill of IT” in the language of the business.

Stonebridge completed a project to create an initial design template for a SharePoint-powered “best answers” knowledge management solution linking various user communities at an independent diversified energy company. The “best answers” initiative is a companywide approach for collecting, managing and sharing vital intellectual capital within and across functional business groups. The initial design template provided a standard layout that will serve as the foundation for collaboration by business groups, with each group managing its own “best answers” environment for its specific business function. Stonebridge created an initial mockup and functional design for the concept; revised and improved the design based on end-user feedback; constructed a rendition of the template in SharePoint; and created an initial layout structure for two client communities.

Stonebridge completed a detailed assessment and strategic roadmap for an international oil and gas exploration and production company designed to enable compliance with new regulations for reporting inactive wells in its Texas operations. The new procedures, mandated by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRS) governing body, require companies to monitor inactive wells and update RRS on a regular basis. The client currently uses a manual process for compliance. Stonebridge developed a framework including people, processes and technology for automating the inactive well reporting requirements.

Stonebridge was selected to implement BMC’s IT Business Management (ITBM) suite for one of the nation’s largest banking institutions. Specifically, the client looked to the BMC Demand and Resource Management and Service Request Management solutions to facilitate IT demand and resource management services in order to improve overall IT project infrastructure-demand processes and cost transparency to the business. Additionally, the ITBM solution will establish a mechanism for forecast project infrastructure demand and minimize plan-to-actual variances by improving linkages and establishing a standard process for capturing the project information and tracking project financial and human resources.

Stonebridge upgraded the SharePoint 2010 environment for a leading prime contractor for the commercial construction sector. Specifically, the upgrade provides enhanced collaboration and new social media features designed to improve productivity. In addition, Stonebridge enhanced the look and feel of the SharePoint graphical user interface to be user friendly and intuitive. The client chose Stonebridge based on its status as a Microsoft Gold Competency Partner and its specific expertise in SharePoint customizations.

Stonebridge was engaged to develop a BMC-based solution for managing software licenses for a leading national bank. The objective of the project is to capture software application instances on the client’s approximately 65,000 servers and to validate the inventory against procured licenses in order to determine the client’s software license obligation. The required IT solution integrates ADDM 8.2 and the BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Long term, the solution will enable normalization of software names in order to automatically match each software instance against a library of contracts. Additionally, the solution positions the client to leverage CMBD in other IT process areas, such as a consistent asset management process as defined in ITIL v3.

Stonebridge facilitated a database upgrade from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008R2 for a market-leading online precious metals dealer. Stonebridge designed and implemented a redundant clustered server environment in support of the client’s critical e-commerce application in order to provide automatic failover. The Stonebridge solution is designed to eliminate any single points of failure that might result in a costly outage to the client’s production systems. The client chose Stonebridge because of its expertise in Microsoft database technologies and experience in configuring and administering databases for high-availability solutions.

An independent oil and gas company engaged Stonebridge to provide SharePoint 2010 branding and customization in order to improve workflow and collaboration within the organization. As part of the project, Stonebridge also installed, configured and built out two business-critical workflows using the K2 blackpearl workflow engine. The client leveraged Stonebridge’s extensive SharePoint knowledge and experience with SharePoint-K2 integrations.

Stonebridge provided an expanded deployment of the BMC IT Business Management (ITBM) Demand and Resource Management solution for a leading manufacturer of security software. Stonebridge originally implemented the ITBM Demand and Resource Management solution for client in October 2010. In the year since the implementation, the client’s business requirements required an extension of the ITBM solution across other business units. For the expanded deployment project, Stonebridge migrated the demand and resource management solution to three new environments: development, quality assurance and production. As a follow-on engagement, the client has requested that Stonebridge perform the upgrade to ITBM in the fourth quarter of 2011.

An independent oil and gas company engaged Stonebridge to assess its existing SharePoint environment, make recommendations for long-term improvement and integrate Outlook calendars into My Sites host template. As part of the project, Stonebridge provided SharePoint branding and customization services to develop a custom master page for My Sites host template branded to align with the look and feel of the client’s public-facing website.

With this achievement, Stonebridge now owns Microsoft Gold Competencies in four defined solution areas: Business Intelligence, Content Management, Portals and Collaboration, and Software Development. The company also has achieved Microsoft Silver Competencies in three solution areas: Data Platform, Search and Web Development.

“This is a major accomplishment for Stonebridge,” said Doug Benshoof, Vice President of Application Development Services. “The lion’s share of our consulting work is tied directly to our custom application development competency, and tied in particular to custom applications built on the Microsoft platform. Being a multi-competency Microsoft partner puts Stonebridge in distinctly advantageous competitive position.”

Per Microsoft, Gold Competencies demonstrate best-in-class expertise within the Microsoft marketplace. “Earning a Gold Competency is evidence of the deepest, most consistent commitment to a specific, in-demand business solution area, along with the distinction of being among only 1 percent of Microsoft partners worldwide that have attained this outstanding degree of proficiency.”

“As a multi-competency Microsoft partner, Stonebridge is truly part of an elite group of experts specializing in the development and delivery of Microsoft business solutions,” Benshoof added.

TULSA, Okla., October 25, 2011 – Stonebridge, an award-winning information technology consulting company, today announced that its 360° Catalyst offering, based on the company’s 360° Solution Framework, has generated a tremendous amount of buzz in the market since its debut in April – and has generated a significant number of new Stonebridge clients.

According to Travis Osborne, Stonebridge’s Vice President of Solution Development, the idea for the 360° Solution Framework originated in the oil & gas industry. But the 360° message is resonating with new and existing Stonebridge clients in other industries, including utilities and application service providers.

“The response from the market has been satisfying in that it provides objective confirmation of the value and business benefits inherent in the 360° approach,” Osborne said.

360° Catalyst provides a low-risk / high-reward way for clients to assess the value of Stonebridge’s 360° Solution Framework by delivering a prototype of a search-driven, map-based mashup application using the client’s data, organized around the client’s core business asset, delivered via a common user interface (UI) and utilizing the latest in data visualization techniques.

“The 360° Catalyst offering has enabled a number of new clients to apply the 360° architectural approach in creative ways,” Osborne said. “And while these new clients each have a unique ‘360° story’ to tell, a few common plotlines have emerged.”

Focus on the business’ core asset. Business users and IT across many different industry segments quickly grasp the simplicity of the 360° asset-centric approach to information architecture and presentation. For one new 360° client in the O&G industry, the core asset is a segment of pipeline. For an oilfield services company, it is transport trucks and drilling rigs. For a major utilities company, it is a smart meter or transformer or customer rooftop.

Integrate third-party data. These new 360° clients are tapping into third-party data, whether public or paid subscription, to augment data from their own systems. 360° allows companies to integrate internal and external data sources and bring that information into a common UI. For one client, it is data from third-party GPS devices to track the location of vehicles. For another, it is multi-faceted weather and climate information used to provide context for power outages. For another, it is the landscape of competitive shale natural gas wells permitted within a timeframe and a geography.

Leverage proven geospatial data. Many of 360° clients use sophisticated, established software such as Esri ArcGIS Server as their corporate geospatial repository. These companies are discovering innovative new ways to share this valuable data with users outside of the GIS group. More importantly, 360° allows clients to combine and integrate that existing GIS data in new ways – such as with ERP data. One Stonebridge client is leveraging 360° to create a more visual way to present SCADA data for near real-time automated well data retrieval. Another is evaluating the distance between newly-drilled wells and their pipelines within contractual agreement areas.

TULSA, Okla., October 18, 2011 – Stonebridge, an award-winning information technology consulting company and a Microsoft Gold Competency Partner, today announced that its SharePoint Enterprise Startup program has proven to be one of the most successful new service offerings in the company’s history.

Since the launch of the service a year ago, Stonebridge’s SharePoint consulting business has experienced double-digit growth in numbers of clients and a 50 percent gain in SharePoint project revenue. According to Senior Vice President Matthew Childress, client organizations taking advantage of the service include both new and existing Stonebridge clients, all with a common goal: build a strategic roadmap for the enterprise deployment of SharePoint.

“Our clients realize that value of the SharePoint Enterprise Startup is that it helps them gain a clear picture of SharePoint’s potential as an enterprise solution,” Childress said. “More importantly, it provides a strategic plan to get there and how to manage SharePoint effectively post-deployment.”

The SharePoint Enterprise Startup is a defined service offering designed to enable companies to make a fact-based decision about adopting or migrating to SharePoint for both portal and ECM solutions. The service is based on a proven methodology – built on Stonebridge’s deep experience in SharePoint enablement and customization – that enables Stonebridge to tailor SharePoint’s robust capabilities precisely to the needs of the organization.

Project activities and deliverables of a SharePoint Enterprise Startup engagement typically include:

SharePoint Readiness Assessment

Content Migration Plan

Systems Integration Plan

Infrastructure Plan

Complementary Component Recommendations

Deployment Decision Points

Implementation Roadmap & Project Plan

According to Travis Osborne, Stonebridge’s Vice President of Solution Development, the value of the SharePoint Enterprise Startup offering has continued to increase since its debut.

“A lot has happened since the launch of the service,” Osborne said. “Organizations as a whole are feeling more comfortable with the SharePoint. Many are recalibrating their 2011 priorities and 2012 budgets to include SharePoint, whether as a widespread migration or a proof-of-concept project. What's more, the huge SharePoint ecosystem of Web parts, apps, and utilities is catching up with the platform. All of these factors point to the continued value of the SharePoint Enterprise Startup in helping clients make the most of their SharePoint journey.”

TULSA, Okla., August 17, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that its business performance maintained a solid upward trajectory during the first half of the year, showing significant continued momentum in its Texas operations.

Stonebridge’s total revenue for the first half of 2011 increased by 32 percent compared to the same period last year, the result of new customer acquisition and contract extensions with existing clientele. During the same period, the company also increased its overall average headcount by 30 percent. And in the second quarter alone, revenues generated by the company’s Texas operations increased by 14 percent over the previous quarter, continuing the unit’s streak of signing business with net-new customers, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry.

“Our continued strong performance as a company is the result of a concerted effort involving every aspect of our business,” said Stonebridge Senior Vice President Matthew Childress, who oversees the company’s Texas operations. “Last year the leadership team made significant modifications to the company’s go-to-market strategy and operating model in order to ensure that our business engine was hitting on all cylinders – from solution development and delivery, to sales and marketing. Our first half results confirm that our new strategy is paying consistent dividends.”

Also in Q2, Stonebridge was honored as the winner of Microsoft’s “Compete to Win” award, part of Microsoft’s Central Region Partner Awards Program. The honor marked the second consecutive year Stonebridge has won a Microsoft Partner Award. The award-winning solution was a Web-based corporate data management dashboard for a Fortune 500 energy company.

Stonebridge won significant new business contracts and project extensions in all of its practice areas during the second quarter. Key Q2 contract wins include:

A natural gas producer engaged Stonebridge to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the reporting and analytical systems supporting the company’s oilfield services subsidiary. Stonebridge will conduct a six-week Phase Zero™ assessment to identify the data sources, requirements and integration needs of the client, which is one of the nation’s largest producers of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids. The assessment findings will be leveraged to create a high-level conceptual information architecture and a go-forward strategic roadmap for constructing and implementing the architecture. The client selected Stonebridge because of its deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas space and proven track record in performing similar business intelligence (BI) assessments.

An independent oil and natural gas company selected Stonebridge to design and implement a SharePoint-based enterprise content management (ECM) solution for the company’s multi-department operations group. The ECM solution consists of multiple SharePoint sites that serve as a central repository for frequently accessed documents, such as reference files and documents included on multiple distribution lists, as well as project status and key performance indicator (KPI) analytical reports composed of maps and charts. For this engagement, Stonebridge analyzed the business and content requirements for the various operations departments and created a multi-phase implementation plan for SharePoint site creation, content updates and process automation. The client currently has engaged Stonebridge to develop enhancements that provide additional insight in operational performance, including integrating charting controls with both GIS and SharePoint.

A large wholesale landscape nursery selected Stonebridge to provide managed database administration (DBA) services to support enterprise business applications. Stonebridge will support the client’s Oracle and SQL Server database platform via Stonebridge’s SmartSource DBA managed services program. This new services agreement follows a previous Stonebridge engagement to upgrade the client’s unsupported database environment to a supported platform and to establish a remote disaster recovery facility. The client cited Stonebridge’s experience in large-scale database upgrade projects and knowledge of disaster recovery best practices as essential to the project’s success.

Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC Software, recently completed an IT service management (ITSM) engagement with a national financial services company that provides auto insurance to millions of policyholders. The client’s goal was to convert all service requests to the BMC ITSM Remedy Service Request Management (SRM) module. To meet this end, Stonebridge created 281 new service requests by mapping specific applications requests to defined needs across the corresponding departments. Stonebridge deployed all 281 service requests within a 45-day window, including automated workflow for acceptance, approvals, assignment, tracking and feedback. The Stonebridge/BMC solution enabled the client to benefit from higher employee productivity and satisfaction, reduced workload on the IT staff, higher quality request fulfillment and lower business costs.

Stonebridge completed an application development project to upgrade the data extraction component of a health benefits administration company’s customer service portal. Stonebridge developed a new process for extracting and repackaging medical claims data from the company’s claims processing application and then making that data available securely to plan members. The new solution, built on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), replaced an Access-based data extraction process. The company chose Stonebridge over a lower-priced vendor based on Stonebridge’s proven experience with similar data integration projects.

A leading prime contractor in the commercial construction sector selected Stonebridge to develop a workflow automation and content management solution. The application, built on SharePoint 2010 and K2 blackpoint software, will integrate workflows of core business functions across the organization. The client chose Stonebridge for its proven experience in designing and implementing custom workflow applications using SharePoint and K2 development tools.

A global provider of electric pumps for the oil and gas industry selected Stonebridge to develop analytical tools and reporting mechanisms for its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The contract extension marks the continuation of a long-term strategic data warehousing initiative begun in early 2010. In this phase of development, Stonebridge will design and implement a data warehouse to provide end users with consolidated visibility into the ERP system. The Microsoft-powered solution, built using SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Excel, will enable users to drill through to transaction-level details and reduce time extracting data from multiple systems.

Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC Software, was engaged by a national home improvement company to develop and deploy a suite of IT service monitoring technologies. Stonebridge will provide subject-matter expertise to establish a service quality methodology based on client-defined requirements for IT service monitoring. Stonebridge will collaborate with the client to construct the conceptual model for mapping individual program initiative-derived capabilities with business functions. Once the model is constructed, Stonebridge will oversee a team of business analysts to develop quality-of-service requirements for the monitoring capabilities. Additionally, Stonebridge consultants will function as expert resources to help build standard operating procedures and event correlation models based on the quality-of-service requirements.

A leading regional electric power company selected Stonebridge to develop a spatial dashboard proof-of-concept application to enable more streamlined monitoring of high-outage incidents typically associated with severe weather. The POC will be used by the client to demonstrate the data integration and special visualization capabilities of IDV Solutions’ Visual Fusion Server 5.0 with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. The engagement will provide the client with a functioning representation of the potential benefits of a production-ready spatial dashboard in support of its outage management and incident control systems.

An independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company engaged Stonebridge to conduct a data integration assessment in order to discover opportunities to gain efficiencies in information availability, quality and accessibility. The initial focus of the project will be on the client’s usage of EMK3 software and the potential business-process benefits of sharing EMK3 data with other core systems, such as P2 Energy Solutions’ Excalibur. The client selected Stonebridge for the project based on its expertise around data integration and knowledge of the oil and gas business.

Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC, completed a change management engagement with a $7.5 billion mutual fund organization. Stonebridge performed a complete assessment for establishing an enterprise change management process and conducted internal workshops to unify and standardize the change management process to adhere with ITIL best practices and with the new BMC Remedy Change Management process. Additionally, Stonebridge created a detailed requirement and design document to fulfill all the identified requirements in order to accelerate the deployment of the BMC Remedy solution suite for the development team.

Stonebridge recently completed a data integration and data management project with an independent exploration and production company for the launch of a well portfolio management solution. The Stonebridge solution, built on the SharePoint platform, will facilitate communication and data management between and within multiple user groups across the organization. The solution will enable the client to migrate from an existing process comprised of a series of spreadsheets used to manage the process of defining, updating and storing the most important information about the well portfolio. The client’s longer-term plan is for the new well portfolio management solution to serve as a centralized delivery point for information and data to business users within all departments. To that end, Stonebridge currently is extending the solution’s business logic and functionality.

Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC and QUITZE S.A. de C.V., was selected to execute the implementation of BMC IT Business Management 7.6.04 suite for a prominent Mexican petroleum company. Benefits will include a centralized view of IT suppliers, contracts and financials throughout the entire supplier lifecycle; greater cost transparency of defined services; a completed “bill of IT” in the business’ language; and comprehensive financial reporting with drill-down analytical capabilities.

HOUSTON, August 3, 2011 – Stonebridge today announced the development of a proven approach for creating an innovative master data management (MDM) solution that leverages core data from P2 Energy Solutions’ Excalibur®, BOLO® and Enterprise Essentials™. The Stonebridge solution enables upstream oil and gas companies to integrate well data, processes, workflow and reporting.

Stonebridge, a leading IT consulting firm for the oil and gas industry, has developed a proven methodology for extending P2 software’s inherent benefits in order to create MDM solutions for advanced business intelligence (BI) solutions such as executive key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, mashups, spatial applications and visualization.

“Stonebridge has developed a proven, repeatable approach for creating MDM solutions that extend and enhance the inherent strengths of P2’s software solutions,” said Timothy Wadle, Director of Product Management for P2 Energy Solutions. “This allows upstream companies to gain even greater operational benefits from Excalibur, BOLO and Enterprise Essentials’ core well data through a single well information source.”

Many upstream oil and gas companies use P2 products as core applications that have become industry standard applications for accounting, financial and land management. In addition to P2’s solutions, companies typically rely on numerous “point solution” software packages to address the unique needs of the entire enterprise. This common industry scenario often results in a complex systems infrastructure with data residing in disparate locations. Users often pull data manually from these disparate locations into spreadsheets, Access® databases and other standalone tools for reporting purposes.

To address this business challenge, Stonebridge has developed a proven approach for creating innovative MDM solutions built on standard Excalibur deployment. Stonebridge’s MDM solution enables upstream companies to:

        Combine Excalibur core data with departmental data from daily field reports, reserves, regulatory, engineering and other functions;

        Incorporate Excalibur data throughout the entire mainstream organization through workflow and other productivity-enhancing concepts, and;

Establish a well data “gold standard” by leveraging Excalibur to increase confidence in well information

Matthew Childress, Stonebridge’s Senior Vice President, said “Our goal is to help upstream companies optimize their IT by extending the benefits of P2 products through enterprise MDM. The result enables organizations to integrate well data, processes, workflow and reporting in new ways and leverage P2 data as the single version of the truth – so that business users can quickly gather data they can trust, in a format that works best for them.”

About P2 Energy Solutions

TULSA, July 8, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that Raul Salas, a senior consultant in the company’s Database Services practice, will address the Houston Area SQL Server User Group at its July meeting. The SQL Server User Group will meet Tuesday, July 12, at the Microsoft Houston Office.

Salas, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCITP) database administrator for SQL Server, will speak on the topic “How Solid-State Drives Saved an Unusable Application.” This presentation looks at a real-life example of a mission-critical financial application where usage significantly exceeded the software vendor's recommended database size and activity specifications and caused SQL Server outages. Solid-state drive implementation allowed the business users to exceed the original software vendor's limitations and eliminate SQL Server outages.

TULSA, Okla., June 22, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that it has won the “Compete to Win” award as part of Microsoft’s Central Region Partner Awards Program for 2011. The honor marks the second consecutive year Stonebridge has won the coveted Microsoft Partner Award.

Stonebridge was chosen out of an extensive field of Microsoft partners for delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. The Microsoft Partner Program Awards recognize Microsoft Partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions over the past year. According to Microsoft acknowledgement to Stonebridge, “This honor goes to the partner who recognizes key competitive wins achieved and who understands their customers’ business and consistently demonstrates value.”

Stonebridge’s award-winning solution is a Web-based corporate data management dashboard for a Fortune 500 energy company. The custom SharePoint-powered solution provides executive management with an “at a glance” status of the company’s performance via defined key performance indicators (KPIs).

“On behalf of the entire Stonebridge team, I want to thank not only Microsoft but also our shared customers for this honor,” said Stonebridge Vice President Mike Keys, who oversees the company’s Microsoft partnership. “We are committed to creating business solutions that help our customers achieve measurable and sustainable improvements in their people, processes and technology. Receiving this award for the second straight year is a testament to our collective efforts.”

The award-winning dashboard leverages SharePoint as a portal to present unified scorecards of all company KPIs in one place along consistent filtering options. The solution also provides intranet collaboration and analysis sites for the company’s diverse operations. Stonebridge worked directly with business leaders to create reporting and analysis capabilities that aligned with defined performance metrics. Stonebridge also examined the source data systems – from spreadsheets and production data to Oracle-based financials and SAP ERP systems housing safety and compliance data – in order to determine the requisite data structures from which the target summary-level and operational data would be extracted for analysis.

To deliver this solution, Stonebridge provided a complete range of Microsoft-centric business intelligence, enterprise content management, and application development services, including project management, information architecture and design, ETL development, SharePoint portal architecture and development, report development using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), PerformancePoint dashboard development, InfoPath forms development, and database assessment and mentoring support.

TULSA, Okla., May 2, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that it achieved double-digit revenue growth in the first quarter, driven primarily by dramatic new business activity in its Texas operations.

Overall, Stonebridge posted a 14 percent increase in revenue in Q1 over the previous quarter. In particular, the company’s Texas operations experienced a 40 percent increase in revenue quarter-over-quarter. Significantly, more than half of that growth was derived from net-new customer acquisitions.

Stonebridge Senior Vice President Matthew Childress said, “Our Q1 performance is the direct result of the changes we made last year in our business strategy and operating model. A big factor in our success was the execution of our Texas operations, where we made significant investments geared toward accelerating new business growth throughout the state.” Stonebridge has offices in Houston and Dallas.

In the first quarter, Stonebridge saw positive trends across all of its core solution lines: Business Intelligence, Portals & ECM, Application Development & Support, and Business Service Management (BSM). The BSM practice, which focuses on BMC Software consulting and project management services, posted a 73 percent increase in revenue over the previous quarter.

Also in Q1, Stonebridge became the first Oklahoma-based Microsoft partner to complete Microsoft’s stringent new competency certification process. The company, a Microsoft Managed Partner, achieved Microsoft Gold Competency certification in three areas: Business Intelligence, Content Management and Portals and Collaboration. Gold Competency is the highest skill level obtainable through Microsoft.

In addition to its three Microsoft Gold Competencies, the company also earned Microsoft Silver Competency certification in four technical areas: Search, Data Platform, Software Development and Web Development.

Stonebridge also won significant new business contracts and project extensions in all of its practice areas during the first quarter. Key Q1 contract wins and client projects included:

A health benefits administration company selected Stonebridge to upgrade a critical data extraction component of its customer service portal. Stonebridge will develop a new process for extracting medical claims data from the company’s claims processing application and making that data available to plan members. The new solution, built on Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), will replace an obsolete Access-based data extraction process. The company selected Stonebridge over a lower-priced vendor based on Stonebridge’s proven experience with similar data integration projects.

An oil and gas drilling services company engaged Stonebridge to perform a three-week proof of concept (POC) of a “spatial dashboard” displaying company rig and vehicle information in a geospatial context. The custom application, to be developed using IDV Solutions Visual Fusion 5 application and Google Earth, leverages data for from third-party GPS devices installed in the company rigs and vehicles. The POC application also will incorporate safety incident information and external data such as weather and county boundaries.

A leading provider of electric pumps for the oil and gas industry selected Stonebridge to develop analytical tools and reporting mechanisms to its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Stonebridge will design and implement a data warehouse to provide end users with consolidated visibility into the ERP system. The solution, built using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), will enable users to drill through to transaction-level details and reduce time extracting data from multiple systems.

A global leader in eye care products engaged Stonebridge to manage an accelerated BMC Remedy ITSM deployment. Working in partnership with BMC, Stonebridge performed a comprehensive assessment of the proposed architecture and installed four modules: Development, QA, Production and Validation. Stonebridge assisted the company in identifying enterprise policies for adopting the Remedy ITSM-based processes and for deploying reporting capabilities via BMC Analytics and Dashboard.

A Fortune 500 natural gas company engaged Stonebridge to provide Microsoft SharePoint 2010 PerformancePoint Services consulting in order to help the company better monitor and analyze its business. PerformancePoint Services provides flexible, easy-to-use tools for building dashboards, scorecards, reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to providing pre-installation hardware and account service recommendations, Stonebridge will manage the SQL Server 2008 R2 installation and SharePoint 2010 configuration required for the PerformancePoint Services application. The configuration will include the PowerPivot Services and Excel Services applications. Stonebridge also will assist the company with a proof of concept PerformancePoint-based dashboard application.

An independent oil and gas company engaged Stonebridge to implement the SharePoint Enterprise Startup service. In a four-week project, Stonebridge will complete an initial SharePoint 2010 install and build-out using a proven consulting methodology that will allow the company broad discretion and valuable input into all aspects of the project, including scope definition. Stonebridge’s SharePoint Enterprise Startup is designed to provide organizations with the facts, knowledge and insights needed to make an informed decision about adopting or migrating to SharePoint.

A global telecommunications and wireless device company engaged Stonebridge, in partnership with ITSM leader BMC Software, to provide advice and guidance on BMC Configuration Management governance. The company’s IT organization holds more than 70,000 internal Configuration Items in its CMDB – significantly more than a standard IT organization – and is considering adding more than 40 million customer devices. Improved governance will allow for more-accurate information on which OS release each customer is running, help the company to better plan releases, provide feedback on new OS take-up and help Service Desk agents with device-incident resolution.

TULSA, Okla., April 26, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today launched 360° Catalyst, a focused application development offering based on the company’s popular 360° Solution Framework.

Stonebridge developed the 360° Catalyst offering in response to the market’s favorable response to the 360° Solution Framework, according to Travis Osborne, Vice President of Solution Development.

“360° is an asset-centric approach to data management and delivery that customers immediately ‘get’ it and see its inherent business value,” Osborne said. This principle applies whether the business is centered around a well, a rig, a facility or a storefront.

“Business decision-makers need simpler tools that provide access to a broader set of information,” Osborne said. “And they need to see the business in visual terms, well beyond what that systems status quo can provide to make better decisions, faster.

Added James Ivy, Stonebridge’s President and CEO: “Our customers are asking for a way to get the information they need in fewer clicks, fewer logins, with more options, less ‘noise’ – just take me to the key information I want quicker. The first logical question is, how do we get started? 360° Catalyst is the answer.”

360° Catalyst’s core deliverable is a search-driven mashup prototype based on the 360° Solution Framework. The prototype 360° application, built around the customer’s core business asset and utilizing information from the customer’s internal and external data sources, is developed on an accelerated timeframe, typically in two-to-three weeks.

“The key benefit of 360° Catalyst is that it quickly demonstrates the applicability of a 360° application to the organization,” Osborne said. “The 360° prototype is build using ‘real’ data, which enables the customer’s information workers to ‘test drive’ the concept. Organizations get the direct user feedback they need to determine potential impact of the 360° approach on the enterprise.”

360° Catalyst is based on the 360° Solution Framework, an “asset centric” approach to data management and delivery. Utilizing the 360° Solution Framework, information is delivered to information users logically, centered on a key asset that drives the business.

With the asset at the core of the data management methodology, information from various internal and external sources is combined into a common interface powered by a combination of visualization, search, workflow automation, and map technologies. This may involve direct ties to operational systems, as well as “unofficial” systems such as key spreadsheets and local databases. Working with the customer, Stonebridge selects a subset of information to both illustrate the concept and to energize the business user with new points of view for their information.

“Most organizations have already invested in these technologies,” Osborne said. “360° enables them to extend these investments in new ways that are different than the ‘same old’ reports and application screens.”

More information about 360° Catalyst, including video demonstrations of 360° applications in action, is available at www.sbti.com.

TULSA, Okla., March 2, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that revenue for the fourth quarter 2010 was up more than 20% compared to the same period in 2009. The company also said that its total year-over-year revenue growth was solid, reflecting sustained growth in its consulting business.

“Our Q4 numbers were even stronger than we had expected, due to increased demand and improvements in the economy,” said Stonebridge CEO James Ivy. “Coupled with our overall performance for the year, which saw gains in new client acquisition, consultant headcount, sales pipeline and brand awareness, we were able to build substantial momentum heading into 2011.”

In 2010, Stonebridge saw positive trends across all of its core solution lines: Business Intelligence, Portals & ECM, Application Development, Database Solutions and Business Service Management (BSM). In particular, the BSM practice, which focuses on BMC Software consulting and project management services, experienced explosive growth in project-based revenue and consultant headcount.

Overall, Stonebridge increased its billable consulting staff by more than 25% in 2010. The company said the staff increases were the result of demand for its core solutions from new and existing customers. The increased demand for its services also was attributed in part to an aggressive integrated marketing initiative combining digital marketing and social media with more traditional promotional tools and techniques.

Key Stonebridge contract wins and client projects in Q4 2010 included:

A Fortune 500 power company renewed its annual agreement for SmartSourceSM Database Support and Administration, a Stonebridge managed services offering that comprises onsite database management and monitoring, periodic database optimization and review, and database upgrades and patches. Stonebridge has provided onsite DBA support of the client’s Oracle and SQL Server database environments since 2006. The client opted to renew the relationship because of Stonebridge’s DBA expertise, proven track record and exemplary customer-centric support.

A major electric utility company selected Stonebridge to develop a comprehensive enterprise content management (ECM) strategic plan in preparation for a migration and deployment of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010. Under the customer’s aggressive time frame, Stonebridge ECM consultants performed a thorough assessment of the company’s current ECM environment and technological infrastructure. Based on the assessment findings, Stonebridge collaborated with the customer to develop a strategic roadmap for the adoption and proper application of ECM best practices, including enterprise governance and maintenance, as well as a detailed implementation workflow and project plan. The customer selected Stonebridge because of its 15-year experience in ECM application development and deployment.

A leading oil & gas field services company selected Stonebridge to perform an assessment of the document management and records management requirements of its largest international division. At the conclusion of the assessment, Stonebridge delivered a detailed findings document on the viability of the customer’s existing SharePoint 2003 ECM platform and presenting a business case for migrating directly to SharePoint 2010. Stonebridge also provided a template for development of a SharePoint governance framework for managing a SharePoint 2010 environment. The company is currently in discussions with Stonebridge to oversee the transition to SharePoint 2010 based on Stonebridge’s deep O&G industry expertise and extensive SharePoint migration project experience.

A regional electric company selected to develop a map-based “spatial dashboard” pilot application to monitor consumer usage. The development follows Stonebridge’s delivery of proof-of-concept (POC) application of the spatial dashboard concept. In the latest development phase, Stonebridge significantly extended the POC’s data integration and visualization capabilities of IDV Solutions’ Visual Fusion Server 5.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Stonebridge consultants also created IDV adaptors for defined data feeds to the IDV server. The solution allows the utility company to review location-based meter information at the individual residential and communication customer level.

A global manufacturer of oilfield electric submersible pumps selected Stonebridge to provide business intelligence consulting and integration services for its enterprise data warehouse environment. During Q4 2010, Stonebridge completed three separate phases of its financial data warehouse. The development provided the client with the ability to perform OLAP analysis of GL data across multiple dimensions and creation of financial reports. The new data warehouse solution replaced a number of time-consuming spreadsheet-based processes and granted users greatly improved visibility and analysis capabilities against general ledger data. The Stonebridge solution used the complete Microsoft business intelligence stack, including SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.

One of the world's largest retail property owners worked with Stonebridge to develop an ITSM Solution Request for Proposal (RFP) encompassing software and implementation services for technology enablement of the BMC process areas, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, and Event Management. In order to formulate a best-practice approach, Stonebridge BSM consultants facilitated elicitation sessions to identify client-specific requirements for the activities included in each process area. The resulting RFP included requirements for each process area and included both on-premise and software as service options. To assist the client with the RFP process, Stonebridge validated vendor responses by providing opinion/feedback and to highlight potential risks and also developed the approach to directing effective presentations by each vendor.

A leading oilfield service provider engaged Stonebridge to create a forms-based business process and workflow automation solution for field ticket processing. The new solution, built on Microsoft InfoPath 2007, will replace the client’s current spreadsheet-based manual process for field ticket data capture and transmission. As designed, it will act as the enterprise standard for collecting job-, task- and material-level information. The client selected Stonebridge based on its extensive Oil & Gas industry experience, InfoPath project expertise, and Microsoft’s recommendation.

An independent oil & gas exploration and production company selected Stonebridge to develop a prototype of a well master data store. The solution, built on SharePoint 2010, provides the client with the ability to define, update and store well-related information from multiple operational systems. The application also utilizes SharePoint’s workflow functionality to eliminate a high number of redundant manual steps in the client’s current spreadsheet-dependent processes. The prototype master well data store demonstrated how managing data based on an asset-centric approach would eliminate process bottlenecks throughout the enterprise.

A leading provider of drilling services for the oil & gas industry selected Stonebridge to develop KPI-based executive dashboard solution providing real-time performance of its rig fleet. The underlying architecture of the dashboard gathers, stores and streams real-time data “snapshots” integrating approximately 200 parameters from each rig and transmitted via satellite. Used by managers and analysts at the client’s corporate headquarters as well as external partners, the application emulates the rig control system screens and graphs as they appear at the rig site. The custom solution, which utilizes Microsoft .NET framework and development tools, provides information consumers with an unprecedented level of visibility regarding drilling operations.

A large health insurance company engaged Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC, to architect and deliver the first implementation of the IT Service Costing module of BMC’s latest IT Business Management software release (7.6.03). The client company, which has an annual IT budget of approximately $2 billion, expects the IT Service Costing module to improve cost transparency and establish a consistent mechanism for service costing and charge-backs across the enterprise. Stonebridge will play an integral role in defining and documenting a best practice-based ITBM practice model that aligns IT services costs with BMC’s ITBM Service Catalog methodology.

A state health services provider engaged Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC, to implement BMC’s IT Business Management software to facilitate the client’s demand and supply processes and procedures. Stonebridge will implement the Project Portfolio Management and Human Capital Management modules, with integration with the BMC Remedy AR System. The client’s goal is to increase the current maturity level of demand and supply processes and procedures by 100 percent and to demonstrate the business value of ITBM to business uers. To that end, Stonebridge will develop and implement a score-carding functionality that enables IT and business users to identify and isolate IT projects with greatest impact and value to the enterprise.

TULSA, Okla., February 10, 2011 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that it has achieved Microsoft Gold Competency certification in three areas: Business Intelligence, Content Management, and Portals and Collaboration. Gold Competency is the highest skill level obtainable through Microsoft.

Stonebridge is the first – and currently the only – Oklahoma-based Microsoft partner to complete Microsoft’s stringent new competency certification process.

"We are very proud of this accomplishment as it reflects a total commitment by our company,” Stonebridge CEO James Ivy said. “The recent changes in Microsoft's competency certification process raised the bar for every Microsoft partner, and nearly every one of our associates played a part to ensure that we achieved our Microsoft competency objectives.”

Stonebridge, with headquarters in Tulsa and offices in Houston and Dallas, is a Microsoft Managed Partner in Microsoft’s South Central District. In addition to its three Microsoft Gold Competencies, the company also earned Microsoft Silver Competency certification in four technical areas: Search, Data Platform, Software Development and Web Development.

Microsoft recently implemented major changes to the Microsoft Partner Network and the partner competency certification process, significantly increasing the depth and breadth of requirements needed to achieve an advanced Gold Competency. The new criteria to achieve these competency levels include requirements around the advanced technical certifications of the consulting staff, sales and marketing assessments for all business development and client-facing personnel, revenue commitments, implementation methodology certification and client references.

Stonebridge completed more than 50 Microsoft client project references in 2010 and has approximately 30 Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) on staff with advanced certifications, including a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) with expertise in SharePoint Server.

TULSA, Okla., Dec. 14, 2010 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm to the Oil & Gas industry, will sponsor a session entitled “Drilling into the Data: Driving Performance at Helmerich & Payne” at Microsoft’s Global Energy Forum 2011.

The session will focus on how Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (H&P), a major global contract drilling company, is using a Microsoft-powered business intelligence solution developed by Stonebridge to save costs and optimize performance through improved analysis and operational reporting.

Microsoft’s Global Energy Forum, in its eighth year, showcases how industry leaders are using Microsoft-based solution to improve their business. The event, which is free to Microsoft’s Oil & Gas customers, will be held Jan. 18, 2011, at the Westin Galleria Hotel Ballroom in Houston.

“We are privileged to sponsor this session with H&P at the 2011 Global Energy Forum,” said Travis Osborne, Stonebridge’s vice president of solution development. “H&P is a leading proponent of using technology and process innovation to deliver unprecedented drilling performance to its E&P customers. The ‘Drilling into the Data’ session will offer an object lesson in how Oil & Gas companies are driving value throughout the enterprise by combining business creativity with advanced Microsoft technology.”

H&P is a contract drilling company with a global fleet of more than 200 land-based and offshore rigs. The company’s revolutionary FlexRig drilling rigs comprise more than 80 percent of its global land fleet.

The “Drilling into the Data” session at this year’s Global Energy Forum will demonstrate how H&P uses key performance indicators (KPIs) on rig downtime to enhance operational efficiency and create cost savings. Minimizing downtime is a strategic imperative for contract drilling companies like H&P as well as for the E&P customers who rely on them. To that end, a Microsoft-based business intelligence solution, developed by Stonebridge based on its 360° Collaborative Framework, enables H&P to analyze, report and take action on drilling downtime based on KPIs defined by H&P management.

TULSA, Okla., November 16, 2010 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today announced that its business performance remained solid in the third quarter, with continued positive gains in revenues, contracts with existing and new customers, brand awareness and staff.

“Our results in Q3 were very satisfying especially given the challenging economic conditions we and our customers are facing,” said Stonebridge CEO James Ivy. “I credit our Q3 success to our Associates, who day in and day out commit to doing the right thing for our customers. And our commitment demands that we continue to perform at the highest level in all aspects of our business: sales, delivery and brand marketing.”

Stonebridge’s quarterly revenues grew by approximately 10 percent in the third quarter. Business with net-new customers accounted for nearly 30 percent of total revenue during the same time frame. In response to market demand for its services, Stonebridge continued to increase staff within its geographic footprint. Since April, the company has increased its consultant headcount by 27 percent.

The company also launched a bold new branding campaign centered on a new interactive Web site (www.sbti.com) and driven by the company’s increased activity in social media and digital marketing.

In the third quarter Stonebridge saw increased business in its core solution lines: Business Intelligence, Portals & ECM, Application Development, Database Services and Business Service Management. Key contract wins in Q3 included:

A major electric utility company selected Stonebridge to develop a “spatial dashboard” application to monitor strategic initiatives involving both consumer customers and internal operations. The solution will utilize a map-based interface to plot and layer various data feeds and sources, making the data visual to users in a geographic context via a browser. In particular, the application will consolidate enterprise data from the company’s ERP and data warehouse systems using the data integration and spatial visualization capabilities of IDV Solutions’ Visual Fusion Server (VFS) 5.0 and Microsoft SharePoint.

An independent oil & gas company selected Stonebridge to provide mission-critical business intelligence consulting and integration services for its enterprise data warehouse environment. As part of the project, Stonebridge will establish the core “well master” data and the extract, transform and load (ETL) architecture to be used in the data warehouse. The set-up and maintenance of well master data is a critical core process for oil & gas companies to support well performance analysis and reporting processes. The Stonebridge solution will utilize the complete Microsoft business intelligence stack, including SQL, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS and SharePoint 2010. Additionally, Stonebridge will develop a secure Web portal that provides the company’s information workers with access to up-to-date well master and regional performance information.

A leading U.S. oil & gas field services company selected Stonebridge to perform an enterprise content management (ECM) assessment. At the company’s direction, Stonebridge will evaluate the ECM requirements for one of the company’s largest divisions and conduct a feasibility study of SharePoint’s ability to be a viable ECM solution. The company cited Stonebridge’s in-depth experience in the energy industry, Microsoft expertise, and track record of enterprise ECM projects as key to its decision.

A national wholesale landscape nursery selected Stonebridge to upgrade its database environment to a supported platform and establish a remote disaster recovery facility. Stonebridge managed the company’s database upgrade from Oracle 8i to Oracle 11g and implemented Oracle Enterprise Manager/Database Console for system management. Additionally, Stonebridge consultants helped the company preempt the upgrade’s potential impact on business-critical third-party and proprietary applications. The company cited Stonebridge’s experience in large-scale database upgrade projects and knowledge of disaster recovery best practices as essential to the project’s success.

A leading manufacturer of oil & gas field services equipment selected Stonebridge to develop a business intelligence application for its financial reporting needs. Stonebridge will implement a data warehouse populated by data from the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial and accounting systems. This data will drive a number of custom reports and multidimensional analysis capabilities specifically developed by Stonebridge for the company’s accounting and financial departments. The Stonebridge solution will be built on the Microsoft business intelligence stack, employing SharePoint, SQL Server, PerformancePoint Server, SSRS and SSAS technologies.

A large private business banking and wealth management firm selected Stonebridge to perform a gap analysis of its proposed BMC ITSM upgrade solution implementation. The assessment compared the bank’s current BMC Remedy solution environment to the ITSM 7.6.03 solution. Stonebridge’s detailed findings pinpointed major activities and work efforts required for the upgrade. Based on the assessment, the client has retained Stonebridge to execute the BMC software upgrade.

An independent oil & gas exploration and production company selected Stonebridge to conduct an assessment of its routing and approval processes for authorization for expenditure (AFE), an essential business practice in upstream oil & gas companies. Currently, the company manages AFE processes manually using spreadsheets, a process that poses a risk to data integrity. Stonebridge will perform a detailed review of the company’s existing AFE processes in order to surface opportunities for standardization and automation. In addition, Stonebridge will review the cross-department processes that define and update critical asset data, such as ownership interest and regulatory permitting. As part of the assessment, Stonebridge will build a prototype “master well” data store running on Microsoft SharePoint and deliver a strategic roadmap and step-by-step timeline for enacting changes in the AFE process that will enable the company to improve management, notification and reporting of AFEs.

A leading technology security company is working with Stonebridge in the first implementation of BMC IT Business Management (ITBM) 7.6.x. software. The client looked to the ITBM solution to facilitate their demand and supply management services. Stonebridge, in partnership with BMC, implemented the ITBM Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with integration to the BMC AR System and CMDB foundation data. The client has retained Stonebridge to provide best practices-based post-implementation ITBM advisory services and support.

TULSA, Okla., November 8, 2010 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, today is pleased to announce that Travis Osborne, Stonebridge’s Vice President of Solution Development, will be a featured presenter at InnoTech Oklahoma, November 10, at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City.

Osborne’s presentation, entitled “Electronic Documents with SharePoint 2010 – Five Ways to Bring Sanity to the ‘Shared Drive’ World,” will focus on a common business challenge facing organizations today: the prodigious growth of electronic documents. These documents come in many shapes, sizes, and formats, and represent a large amount of a company’s activities and intellectual property.
HOUSTON, September 22, 2010 – Stonebridge today announced that it has been cited by the Houston Business Journal as one of the most successful IT consulting and systems integration companies operating in the city of Houston.

The citation appears in the Houston Business Journal’s September 10 print edition. Stonebridge ranked sixth overall based on local gross revenue.

“While we are very pleased by our high ranking, it is not a total surprise,” said Stonebridge Senior Vice President Matthew Childress, who oversees the company’s Texas operations and is based out of its Houston office. “Houston has always been a prime market for us, largely due to the high concentration of oil and gas companies based or with significant operations here.”

Stonebridge counts some of Houston’s largest oil and gas companies as long-term clients. The company, which also has offices in Dallas and Tulsa, has maintained offices in Houston since 1995, when it was co-founded.

According to Childress, oil and gas will continue to be a dominant contributor to Stonebridge’s Houston-based revenue stream. However, he sees the opportunity to make significant inroads into additional market segments in Houston, including health care, financial services, and manufacturing.

“We are forecasting high growth for Stonebridge Houston in all aspects of our business, which will lead to greater opportunities for our current Houston associates as well as new opportunities for us to add local staff,” he said.

TULSA, Okla., August 24, 2010 – Stonebridge, a leading information technology consulting firm, has launched a comprehensive branding campaign designed to reflect the company’s new strategic emphasis on high-value solutions and vertical-industry expertise.

The goal of the campaign, which integrates best practices in Web marketing and social media as well as traditional print and media outreach, is to strengthen awareness and name recognition of Stonebridge through a unified message, according to Matthew Childress, senior vice president.

“Stonebridge has always been one of the best-kept secrets in the IT services industry, perhaps to our detriment,” said Childress, who joined the company earlier this year and is leading the branding effort. “Clearly, it is time for us to step up and fully leverage the marketing avenues that will enable our various audiences – clients, prospective associates, media, industry analysts – to see Stonebridge for who we really are: a premier, customer-focused IT consulting company.”

A new, interactive Web site – www.sbti.com – is the hub of the Stonebridge’s “repetitive touch” branding approach. More importantly, we have instituted multiple communication channels in which our clients can proactively engage with us and in which we can demonstrate our value as a strategic partner.”

HOUSTON, December 15, 2009 – Stonebridge announces that it is sponsoring Southwestern Energy Company’s presentation at the Microsoft Global Energy Forum 2010, January 21, in Houston.

Microsoft Global Energy Forum 2010
“Information Management at Southwestern Energy – Putting the Platform to Work”
Sponsored by Stonebridge

As a growing independent producer of natural gas, Southwestern Energy (SWN) maintains many different domains of information, each with its own challenges. To meet these diverse needs, Southwestern Energy leverages many aspects of the SharePoint platform. SWN devised the Partner Information Portal, a secure online application for delivering well-level information to operating partners. The application saves hundreds of man-hours per month through more efficient and more secure communications. What’s more, it represents a decidedly “green” approach to a traditionally paper-based business process.

SWN also utilized SharePoint to redefine its external web presence with the launch of the new www.swn.com. This site delivers multimedia, search and content management capabilities. SWN’s website is the centerpiece of a corporate branding initiative for a progressive energy company driven to succeed through innovation and creativity.

Additionally, each day SWN is identifying new and different ways to streamline its internal communication and collaboration through SharePoint. This includes its corporate intranet, electronic content management, business intelligence, and other information management activities. This discussion will address how these new capabilities have changed “daily life” at SWN for its IT and business communities, as well as the potential SharePoint holds for future improvements.

Stonebridge’s Todd Braly Selected for ‘K2 Insiders’ Program

TULSA, Okla., October 15, 2009 – Stonebridge, a privately held IT consulting and systems integration services company, today announced that it experienced positive growth in the third quarter as the result of increasing its services with existing customers and winning competitive bids with new customers.

“In any economic environment there are plenty of opportunities to win business, even during one of the most severe economic downturns in history,” said Stonebridge CEO James Ivy. “The third quarter was by far our most successful quarter of the year as measured by profitability, which gives us a good head of steam as we head into Q4 and gear up for 2010.”

In the third quarter Stonebridge saw increased business in its core business lines: business intelligence, content management, custom application development, and IT services.

Key Stonebridge wins in Q3 include:

A large multi-state financial holding company selected Stonebridge to develop a SharePoint-based workflow automation and document management system for the bank’s commercial banking operations. Stonebridge is responsible for creating a standardized forms-based interface for creating and archiving documentation for the bank’s diverse number of commercial loan types. The system will provide an online credit file, eliminate redundant data entry and provide bank management with a robust reporting function.

One of the world’s largest oil and gas drilling contractors engaged Stonebridge to provide .NET application development support for a well analytics and rig performance system. The system, which runs on Microsoft SQL Server, enables the company to collect drilling information via satellite in near real-time from more than 200 land and offshore rigs contracted out to major oil and gas producers. The data is used by the company to make informed on-the-fly adjustments in order to optimize drilling and reduce downtime. In a separate project, the client company engaged Stonebridge to play an advisory role in developing the high-level approach and architecture for an enterprise data warehouse strategy.

An independent oil and gas company is utilizing Stonebridge project management and technical resources for the implementation of the IT Business Management (ITBM) application suite from BMC Software. The ITBM software is designed to help companies better manage the resources and budget of its IT projects. Stonebridge, a BMC partner, is developing the project plan and will assume a lead role in the project rollout.

A regional construction materials company signed a one-year agreement to outsource its database administration (DBA) function to Stonebridge. Stonebridge will manage the company’s entire production database environment through a SmartSource DBA managed services contract. The SmartSource delivery model provides the client company with cost-effective onsite and offsite technical support built on a customer-defined service level agreement and at a fixed cost over the length of the contract.

A drilling services company chose Stonebridge to perform an assessment for the development and implementation of a KPI executive dashboard. After presenting an overall project plan and budget, Stonebridge is currently working with the client company management to formulate KPI definitions and calculations.

A global supplier of pump equipment for the oil and gas industry chose Stonebridge as its strategic partner for a company-wide integration and enterprise data warehouse development initiative. The client company selected Stonebridge from a group of competitors that included Deloitte and Palladium Group to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company’s data integration and data management environment.

One of the largest wholesale nursery growers in North America selected Stonebridge to help it develop a proof-of-concept (POC) solution to improve its sales reporting and analysis capabilities based on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services. Stonebridge is developing the POC utilizing the client company’s existing databases and business intelligence tools in order to demonstrate the proposed solution’s core reporting functionality and its potential usability for other departments such as accounting and inventory.

A regional college engaged Stonebridge to install and configure the SQL Server 2008 database for a mission-critical application. Stonebridge will provide database services for the institution’s migration from Oracle to SQL Server through the end of the year. The institution has relied on Stonebridge’s DBA managed services for its Oracle database environment for more than two years via a SmartSource agreement.

A leading coal and natural gas producer selected Stonebridge to develop a Microsoft-powered business intelligence (BI) portal solution for volume reporting and analytics. The fully integrated BI solution will be built on the SharePoint platform. The client company, which is based on the East Coast, chose Stonebridge over three local companies because of Stonebridge’s superior industry knowledge, Microsoft BI project experience, and BI domain expertise.

An international law firm selected Stonebridge to lead a workflow automation development project. In a time-sensitive six-week project, Stonebridge built an approval routing process system using ASP.NET with SQL Server as the data base and K2 blackpearl as the workflow engine.

A global drilling services company engaged Stonebridge to develop an enterprise content management (ECM) solution for the client company’s operations group, its largest department. This project follows earlier successful SharePoint-based ECM rollouts Stonebridge has implemented for other departments. The new project, which will increase visibility and controls of important documents, will be conducted in four phases.

One of the world’s largest diversified chemical companies chose Stonebridge to assist its efforts to upgrade its public-facing Web site. The project involves upgrading the site from Sitecore CMS 4.5 to version 6.0. Stonebridge is leading the development effort that, among other things, involves migrating 1.1 framework ASP.NET code to 3.5 framework and rewriting a number of custom controls.
